Some Frequently Asked Questions;
What are your qualifications?
I have been actively pursuing photography for over ten years now and I have been in business since 2008. I have continued my education annually and regularly take workshops and seminars to stay current with my knowledge and new trends in the industry.
What should I be looking for when hiring a photographer?
It’s important to feel comfortable with the photographer’s style and personality. It is also important to make sure that their business is licensed and registered in their area and that they carry business insurance for your protection. For my client’s added protection, I also have colleagues on backup for important events! I may not be the right fit for you but if you like my style, I probably am!
How much do you cost?
Cost varies depending on what your inquiry is for. My most common inquires are for portrait sessions and my packages start at 500.00 and up for a session and a selection of digital and print images.
Do you photograph weddings?
Occasionally you will see weddings tucked into my galleries however this is not my main focus.
I second shoot for some of the most amazing wedding photographers in Colorado and I’m happy to give you their information!
Why is photography so expensive?
This is a really tricky question.
Professional photography comes with a lot of overhead; expensive gear, marketing, website design, insurance, protection plans, wear & tear, editing time, outsourcing…
and that is all before we ever see a profit.
Photography is a hobby for some but it is my career.
